Millennium Tennis Academy is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988. The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone and by email. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
- All sessions must be booked in advance
- Invoices will be emailed
- Payment is required to secure your booking
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received
- Limited spots are available in all programs
CANCELLATIONS & MAKE-UPS
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes
- Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may not be eligible for a make-up
- No refunds are provided for missed sessions without notice
- Make-up sessions are subject to availability
- All make-ups must be used within the same term or program period
- In cases of serious illness or injury resulting in significant missed sessions, a credit may be applied to the following term (subject to approval)
WEATHER POLICY
- Sessions will proceed in light rain where courts are safe
- In extreme weather (lightning, flooded courts, heavy rain and extreme heat 37°C+), sessions may be postponed or rescheduled
- Players will be notified via text if sessions are cancelled
- Final decisions are made by the coaching team
PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE LESSONS
- Payment is required prior to all private sessions
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full
- Lesson times are reserved and must be paid regardless of attendance
- For semi-private lessons, full payment is required regardless of the number of players
ENROLMENTS
- All new players must complete an enrolment form prior to starting
- Enrolments continue each term unless advised otherwise
- Lesson times are allocated and may only be changed subject to availability
- Once your enrolment is confirmed, an invoice for the upcoming term will be issued
PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
- Players must arrive on time and ready to participate
- Appropriate tennis attire and footwear must be worn
- Players are expected to behave respectfully at all times
- Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from sessions
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to participation
- Players participate at their own risk
- Millennium Tennis Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
- Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes
- Please notify us in writing if you do not wish to be included
PROGRAM CHANGES
- Programs, coaches and schedules may change where required
- We will aim to provide notice of any changes in advance
